The production aesthetic on this first number is crisp and balanced. It perfectly highlights Bri’s engaging lyricism and subtly expressive vocal performance. “Rover” is the second track on the album and it fully immerses the listener into an R&B vibe. The laid back energy of “Rover” is reminiscent of artists such as Frank Ocean and Kendrick Lamar, to mention but a few. The next track, “Down for You” is a nostalgic and sentimental ballad. It has a lightly sultry energy in the mix that echoes the style of Jay Z and Beyonce, among other R&B legends. “Four Million” is one of the more energetic offerings on the album. It’s direct and edgy rap track that showcases the artists’ raw talent at composing compelling and memorable lyrics. “Dropping Gems” is a multi-layered and immersive number that has a fascinating soundscape. This is one of the standout tracks on the album and it shows Bri’s versatility and passion for music. The last number on the album is “Zonin” and Bri seamlessly blurs the lines between classic R&B and contemporary rap. This track recalls the likes of Biggie Smalls, James Brown, and Drake.
