Party Dancecapades

I don’t know if I’m gonna start doing this again; it’s been a long time since I’ve had anything to say about an episode besides complaints and unfunny snark. Certainly nothing I’d want to read.

But this one... this one was really sad to watch, because it shines a spotlight on how much Jessie and James, and their relationship, have changed since the early seasons. This could’ve been a really sweet, shippy episode, or even just a friendshippy one, but Jessie’s self-centered, It’s All About Me attitude, the way she treats James as no more than a tool - and he expects nothing else - it’s all just so...ugh. They don’t even seem to LIKE each other anymore, any of them. And they really haven’t for years. 

Let’s see, positives...uh...okay, Eevee’s “dancing” with Bunnelby and then Furret was really cute. Eevee and Bunnelby are just cute together in general. And the way Eevee evolved was interesting, with the glowing ribbon appearing first, before the rest of Eevee started glowing. I don’t think we’ve seen an evolution like that before. It was kinda cool.
