[It's probably not a great surprise that the Pandaemonic Parliament project is in part my way of dealing with/venting about the great evils of the modern day. The American government is currently run by a coalition of white supremacists, capitalist ghouls, fascists, pedophile rapists and Christian doomsday cultists, held in place under a charismatic strongman. How Donald Trump could be seen as charismatic or strong is beyond me, but here we are. And I have always had the habit of using fiends on the Codex as a way of examining real world evils. So my interpretation of Gusion is an exploration of how agents of chaos are useful to fascism. I imagine my Gusion occasionally using 4channer dialect.

Demon, Gusion CR 16 CE Outsider (extraplanar) This shaggy creature looks like a gangly but muscular humanoid, with the head of a baboon. It flips its lip over its jaw, making a ghastly face. It carries a curved, one-handed sword and wears a necklace of teeth.
Gusion is a demon who combines the form of a beast with a talent for corruption that even devils admire. He is a yaenit, a lineage of demonic bullies that usually use violence as their primary weapon, but Gusion prefers a subtler approach. Anyone close to Gusion suffers from hallucinatory flashes of their wildest dreams, depicting them as rich, famous, powerful, and so forth. Gusion offers his services as a tutor and personal assistant, promising to teach a mark how to win friends and influence people and make those wild dreams come true. He combines flattery and bullying, alternating between seemingly friendly teasing, genuinely cutting remarks, actually helpful advice and straight up lies. In so doing, he pushes his target to do whatever must be done to get what they want, to befriend the wicked and scorn the righteous, and to disrupt institutions and norms for the sheer fun of it. During this prolonged grooming phase, Gusion often accompanies his projects in the guise of a mundane monkey, advising through telepathy and assisting in combat via implanted tricks. One of his later stage procurement services is to encourage his ally to devote themselves to the service of a demon lord, and Gusion helps them make that decision based on their personality, interests and the horrible deeds they have committed at this point.
Gusion typically attempts to use mind-altering magic to avert combat as his first resort. Still, he is a demon, and relishes the occasional opportunity to go ape shit on an opponent. He usually keeps the vision of blood trick implanted in himself, and uses it in conjunction with his bloodletting scimitar and painful stare to stun enemies and leave them with deep bleeding wounds. Gusion casts spells in combat mostly to disrupt enemy tactics and leave them susceptible to his allies’ attacks. Gusion also wears a necklace of fireballs made of human teeth, which he uses to both deal damage and generally sew chaos.
Being clever and charismatic, useful to many demon lords but trusted by few, Gusion was a natural to join the Pandaemonic Parliament. His closest allies on the Parliament are Astaroth and Shax, who respect his devotion to selfishness on the one hand and blood lust on the other. Gusion’s love of chaos frustrates some of the devils, who want him to focus his efforts more strongly on the corruption of nations and institutions rather than individual people, but Gusion takes a “for want of a nail” approach to long term projects. Enough demon worshipers spread out and decentralized through society will do as much damage to the goals of goodness as any state religion or infernal army could. And in fighting back against the chaos, lawful institutions will become crueler and more evil. Hence why Asmodeus tolerates Gusion’s monkey shines, no matter how annoying they may be.
