Clouds in my Coffee

Nothing calms my nerves down more than a trip to a quiet cafe with really good coffee, such as Pacamara or Yahava Koffeeworks (their chai lattes are AMAZING!). If we're fortunate enough to get the marble top counter seats at Pacamara, I am 100% content just watching the baristas at work with that super cool Alphadominche coffee/tea press. I swear, watching the coffee/tea being filtered, bubbled and pressed slowly in the Alphadominche machine is therapeutic on many levels. It also brings me much fascination to see the young bartender create latte art right before my very eyes from the counter. Every week its a different creation and I wait in anticipation to see what I’d get each time!

I hope you find the time to have a cup and enjoy the great feeling of doing nothing every now and then, too.
