I hate how half my dash anymore is tumblr users vs. yahoo. They wanted a younger demographic and all I can see being accomplished is them gaining as much hatred as humanly possible from that same demographic.
Yahoo, if you want us to like you, leave our site the alone. Don't freak out over the trivial number of kids under 13 on here when the majority of users are of age. Keep it up and eventually it will be nothing BUT minors on tumblr because the rest of us will be fed up and long gone.
If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
A lot of people depend on Tumblr for community. Yahoo has decided that tags like #gay and #bisexual are NSFW/Adult, therefore declaring us all to be NSFL.
Let them know how much this sucks.

The activity page is strangely fascinating to me...
I'm like "YES TELL ME ALL THE STATISTICS OF MY BLOG!" even though they change very slightly...I check it like...three times an hour >.>
to the people who think that yahoo has nothing to do with tumblr's changes
you're wrong.
when companies trade there are negotiations they set up.
like you need to change this and this for us to buy you such as introducing a form of monetary gain through increased advertisements
plus, tumblr's creative director left a few days ago after 5 years, so yahoo replaced him with someone from yahoo.
it is yahoo's doing. people that tell you otherwise are uninformed of how companies work
yahoo changing the login to random sepia tinted "oldies" photos just shows their complete and utter lack of understanding for what we are about,
they think we're just nostalgic hipster types that embrace anything that has a yellowed filter over it no matter what the material of the photo is. It's so demeaning how stupid and easy to please they think we are.
This is why none of their future changes will be good. Because they don't even know us
the new yahoo quotes are ugly. I feel like I'm reading a women's magazine and they're screaming for my attention. It feels very Lucky Magazine.
Like all new recent yahoo changes they are not aesthetically pleasing and unnecessary.
why the fuck is the reblog button on the bottom?
