I love #YAlit DREADNOUGHT and SOVEREIGN by April Daniels so much that I had to buy physical copies of the books as well as e-book copies! A #trans superhero with an abusive father slowly coming into her own power, some good friends, fierce enemies, and a need to save the day, these are wonderful books. If you haven't read them yet, check them out! These are the first superhero novels I've ever enjoyed, even though I love comics. The author did a great job with the characters in this book. Christy was such a well-written character; I had no choice but to fall in love with him.

Wonderful balance handling tough subject without making the story depressing and negative.
