🎉5th Anniversary Yoga Post (1/3) It's been 5 years since I decided to try Yoga. For this 3-day posting, I will share to you my insights and realizations in my Yoga journey. ●—●—●—●—●—●—●—●—●—● BEFORE YOGA: I was a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Physical Education. Ironically, I took that course without any excellent aptitude in dance, sports, and/or fitness principles. I took it because I wanted to develop myself physically and to overcome any intimidation I felt in the past whenever I get bullied physically due to my slim and fragile physique. Fortunately, I was able to develop my body throughout my college activities yet I was not fully satisfied. It seems that my body was still searching for more. It was trying to communicate something to me but I could not fathom. I tried lifting weights but my body was responding negatively. I did not have the capacity to have gym memberships, personal trainers, and buy those protein shakes which was the mainstream in fitness that time. I was almost stuck with the idea that my body will never improve. But, the Universe aligned a moment that will change my life.
