theres some changes to canon, like school layout (entirely inconsequential), Ribaru is Osanas childhood friend now, Jokichi seems to lwk be dead ngl, but what would a good yansim fic be without changes to canon? i mean, come on. canon lwk sucks. the world is this fic feels genuinely ALIVE.

one chapter in and i can tell this is going to be GOOD, already its changed how i look at the characters, which is how you KNOW a fic is good. ayanos apathy towards Taro even as she thinks hes her Senpai? mwah. beautiful. infos poking and prodding while still being mysterious and her intentions still unknown? also mwah. taro is also written very well, its hard to take him from what he is in canon and make him an actual, non-one dimensional character but even though we havent seen him in depth, they succeeded at that.

however, one incredibly dire and important critique, that i also made sure to include in my comment on the work.... they didnt deadame twitter. idk yall this might ruin the whole thing for me /j
