TYP is a superhero webcomic with a gay protagonist, written by a gay man - pretty neat, and created by some skilled artists and writers. I’m kind of dropping you in the middle of the story if you haven’t been following along, but Alex Woolfson is a fantastic writer, so it’s well worth going back to the beginning of TYP to read it.
While you’re there, check out Artifice, the webcomic that first attracted me to Woolfson’s work - a synthetic human, sent to stop a colonist uprising, finds love, and humanity, in a world run by an evil super corporation. His biggest threat? A stone cold shrink named Maven, herself an exercise in gender dynamics and color association, for those reading deeper into the way she’s depicted.
