hey hellooo. about the wip game thing, what is the bus card holder with sif? just curious

I was debating if to even post it since I wasn't rlly satisfied with it so it works well for this game!

The idea was born purely from my need of having something physical of siffrin so I can rest in peace. At first I wanted to do a felt siffrin... Then I realized I don't like working with felt and scratched that.

So I was like: "what if i draw them in my bus card holder with acrylic markers!" Smart!

This is the first time I DIY something like this, so I bought an extra card holder just in case it goes badly. I did what I remember people doing for this kind of stuff… sanding down the surface and painting over with white yada yada

The thing is, I didnt really think about cleaning the paint off of the mechanism that closes the card holder… So I excitedly closed it to see how it was looking and well…. Reference the video below for further explanation

I do still want to try making it… Just not right now. I don’t want to spend all my money allowance on card holders ^^’

Its just so efficient to treat a file like a sketchbook when you doodle a lot!!! Its also fun... makes it easier to know where things are (until you have like 5 different files with scattered oc doodles and fanart and you dont know where this one specific one is in. Gulps. Totally not talking from experience) BUT! YES!!! THE SUA FANART!! Here it is!~

Mind you! i drew this is before Karma's release and I thiiink I drew it a few days after Blink Gone dropped? The concept still aplies to Sua well enough though IMO?? She keeps the illusion of Mizi's innocence caged. The only light in the darkness that its her reality. My God! My Universe! Ofc! The drawing kind of lost some bits of relevance after it was shown that Mizi was not as clueless and Sua knew this. But even in Karma with Sua putting a hand over Mizi's mouth as if to tell her to not break the illusion..... Oh my toxic yuri............. I love them........

She looks so peaceful :((( My wife haunts the narrative....

Never finished it because something about the shading bugged me. A part of me wanted to do less blended more harsh edges type of shadding thats a lot neater than what normally I do and the other part of me was like "okay. This looks weird. And weird in the 'idk if I like this' way"

But alas! It is free from WIP hell! On probation!

Ok. Heres the funny thing. In terms of WIPS I havent been able to do much recently bc..... Im in architecture school hell... BUT! Even if I had Im afraid to also announce....

I have all my ISAT fanart in one single file called FANNARRRT Yeah. The only exception is the dead sifs drawing but thats bc its an illustration and I do like to separate those... But in terms of doodling... yeah.... The layers are not even named I just draw and hope for the best

I do! have two drawings in drafts I still have yet to upload! - Heat Abnormal Sif - The first drawing I did after finishing ISAT - A failed attempt at painting a bus card holder with sif... But those two are also in fact. In this same file.... yeah... (except the bus card, thats just a photo I was even debating if to upload lol) And apart from ISAT I dont have any other WIPS either </3 Most of the WIPS I have are old and I dont really plan on revisiting them or finishing them atm! But If someone wants to give them a looksie - VTSOM (self explanatory VTSOM fanart) - yaaaaaa (Alien stage sua fanart I never finished) - tarot dnd (dnd oc tarot card... yeah..) If u wanna know about my architecture project wip for some reason too (aka the current thing im designing) - DIS3PRO1 (its a bank...)

What's the "DIS3PRO1 (it's a bank...)"? 👀

HEHE!!! DIS3PRO1 is the file name for the current uni project I'm doing! The complete name should be DISEÑO 3 PROYECTO 1 (Design 3 aka the name of the class, and this is the first project of two we will be working on in this first quartermester.) The project is meant to be a low density bank located in an area thats in front of a national park. Its also right on a very transited avenue, so car logistics have to make sense and be comfortable... Recent new additions of the construction regulations ask that at least 20% of the terrain for these type of builds should be green areas, so that's also something I wanted to consider!

It's still in very early stages. I only have the volumetric figure down (aka the general shape I want to achieve) and the vehicular circulation space (aka the drive thru ATM and the parking spaced) is preeeetty much ready, I just need to make some adjustments and map out the spaces with the actual materials.

The conceptual design of the bank is to implement elements that kinda reflect the national park thats across it, representing the bank's efforts of keeping up with sustainability. Here are some other early sketches I've done and general inspirations for the design :3
