Advent 2022 Wrap-Up! Two of my advents are shown here, with their 100g Xmas day skeins: @thecornerofcraft D&D Advent @louielolayarns Cozy Country Advent I already have plans for the Cozy Country one - it’s going to become a CatVent Sweater! I’m thinking of making a blanket with the D&D one but haven’t made any solid plans there yet. My @naturalfibrearts advent isn’t shown because there was a packing snafu and I ended up with the wrong colour for the final large skein. 🎶It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas🎶 Days 1-6 of my advent calendars this year! My Advent Corner is all ready for the 1st when I start opening my little parcels! This is all the Xmas decoration that I do at home really - for several reasons - 1. The first year we had Princess I decorated as usual, and I spent a very stressful December trying to stop her from eating tinsel and destroying the Xmas tree (she did end up breaking the tree) 2. Hubby installs Xmas decorations at shopping centers so he is FULLY done with Xmas by the time we get to the end of October 😂 he was never particularly fussed over Xmas but now he’s VERY bahumbug 3. Small house = minimal functional space for both decoration and storage of those decorations for the other 11 months of the year.
