City Journalist at #LeadNotFollow! City Journalists team, led by Urbano’s teaching artist, Lina Maria Giraldo will present its ongoing documentary project at this weekend’s Citi Performing Arts Youth Conference. This inaugural annual Youth Arts for Social Change Conference (YASCC) entitled #LeadNotFollow: Navigating Identity through Media and Art, seeks to transform the way youth think about media, art, their identities, and the power of social change. The mission of the Citi Performing Arts Center's Teen Leadership Council is to empower teens to recognize and utilize their potential as artistic leaders and community advocates.
