hmmmm one semi-interesting thing we learned recently is (via our dad. while doing crosswords. because we were baffled by one of our answers dsfhsdjf) that apparently rillettes did NOT originate in Le Mans like we thought but actually in Tours?? even though "les rillettes du Mans" are like, more widely known a food i think
