I’m catching up on Once Upon A Time (season 4). I haven’t watched it in over a year so I’m pretty behind but I love the Elsa & Snow Queen story line. I really like how the creators of the show make connections to each character. Like everything makes sense. And It’s pretty cool that all of the characters look like what I expected them to look like in real life.

It’d be cool to see Princess Tiana on the show and other more ethnically diverse cast. I’d like them to try to add Lilo & Stitch or Pocahontas or Merida from Brave or maybe even the Incredibles. It’d be cool to see.

So I had a yearly training at my job today with my fellow co-workers. And for each month, every worker that has the same birthday month had to take a pic together. And so I came up with the february group and they were trying to find a theme to put in the background of the pic we were going to take. Obviously they came up with valentine's day theme. But me and the other black girl thought otherwise and we literally raised our fists ✊ at the same time saying “black history month”, looked at each other and then laughed so hard. Us two (the only black February babies) literally took a picture (the background being valentine’s themed) with our fists up. 😂 Priceless moment.

I’m waiting for the day when I don’t have to go to college/school anymore. I can’t wait until I can come from work and watch my favorite movies in my comfy home --more specifically my comfy couch-- and cook different meals. And buy and read my favorite book in my room that I designed for myself. I can’t wait to have my own “library” full of all the books I’ve read. I can’t wait to take vacations and travel to the places I’ve always wanted to go. For instance, I’ve always wanted to go on a road trip, one of the stops I’d really enjoy being in a rural area and just camping to stargaze.

I won’t have to worry about deadlines and exams. I’ll just worry about being on time to work, serving God, and enjoying life to the fullest. I honestly can’t wait... I’m looking forward to those moments. You have nooo idea.
