Throws Khellama at you for the holding meme
Under a cut bc trash
The umbrella, when it rains -
Khel, and he’s run away with it because it’s not a good idea to stand near tall trees or poles in thunderstorms. They are potential lightning rods.
The popcorn at the cinema -
Khel, but after sampling one he decides that he isn’t a fan of how pieces get stuck in his teeth and just chucks popcorn at Alma for the rest of the movie.
The baby, when it cries -
Alma. and Khel would feel the strangest urge to grab the little larvae and fling it off a building.
The ice cream cone, when they share -
If Alma won’t let him hold the cone, Khel would just grab a handful of ice cream and she’ll have to wear it like a bikini.
The remote, when they sit down to watch a movie -
Khel, and he’s picked a foreign film with no subtitles that’s dialogue/narration heavy.
The basket, when they go shopping -
Alma does if she’s inclined to. Khel has sticky fingers, someone responsible needs to be in charge of the basket.
The door, on dates -
Both?? Khel’s motivation would primarily be to drop it halfway on Alma, though, just to mock her and remind—she’s not the elegant princess from one of her fairytales, and he’s not Prince Charming but the wicked ogre. Not that she’d need the wake-up call, she’s wide awake.
The other’s hand, most often -
Khel’s approach to Alma is much different from Nate (as it should be), so her hand won’t ever be the body part he’s grabbing for. Even if it’s to pull or lead her somewhere, he’d go for the wrist. I don’t know if Alma would ever want to hold his hand.
Their breath, upon seeing the other on their wedding day -
Alma, upon seeing a stranger come to greet her at the altar, though she doesn’t know that the confused groom isn’t Khel at all—he’s pulled out another form to fill in for the priest.
The camera, when they take pictures together -
Khel, when he can manage to steal the camera away. The pictures all turn out as selfies with Alma’s chest in the background. He hashtags things like #stiffwall or #oldboard
