I reckon that if peridot had tried to talk yellow diamond out of destroying any planet other than earth she could have convinced her

the first time blue diamond attempted to dip yellow she dropped her.

yellow diamond is the awkward girlfriend. she’s the one that leaves gifts on blue’s bed and doesn’t ever mention them again and gets flustered when blue brings them up and thanks her for them. she doesn’t do pda but can’t help herself sometimes and will stroke a finger down blue diamond’s face and quickly kiss her cheek or chin. she tends to hold blue’s hand too tight because she doesn’t want her to go, and lets go suddenly because it hurts to know they can’t spend their every moment together no matter how much they want it. 

yellow diamond likes holding blue by the waist and holding her tight to her in a hug and nuzzling into blue’s neck but she knows she’s all sharp angles and pointy bits and tends to hold her gently until blue pulls her in tight

Yellow diamond is the shortest of the diamonds. This actually really bothers her hence the heels.

i honestly think yellow diamond wears a helmet so could you imagine blue wearing it and yellow wearing one of blue’s shawls and they get all giggly because blue starts to impersonate yellow and yellow gets all >:( faced but like hell they can keep that shit up
