Ok, time for a tangent: I think aradia leaving sollux behind on earth c was a terrible decision
For those of you who don't know what i'm talking about, at the end of the candy epilogues, aradia leaves her boyfriend sollux to go pursue dirk with alt calliope and davebot; this was a terrible choice and here's why.
Firstly, it completely throws out an opportunity for them to interact more and develop their chemistry; we don't know much about their relationship, and as an arasol shipper, I want answers!
Secondly, it's just so cold, callous, and uncaring for Aradia to leave her closest friend behind, she didn't even say bye! Sollux is pretty much the only one who cares about her. I mean, he MOURNED for her, felt guilty for killing her even though he was being mind controlled by vriska, and stood by her side to the point where he ignored his other friends, including his best friend Karkat. That is absolute dedication right there, and what does aradia reward him with? Why, abandoning him, of course! and later, she forgets all about him until davebot reminds her. and she doesn't show any concern for him, thinking "oH hE's PrObAbLy Ok" and "hE fOuNd My WiLeS cHaRmInG aNd IrReSiStAbLe". You left him stranded on the roof of some unknown building, is that okay to you?! (i mean he can probably just fly down, but still!). It's just so baffling that aradia suddenly doesn't care about her boyfriend. and since homestuck^2 probably won't be finished in another 413,612 years, we may never know what will become of them!
