Anyways yess!!!!! I can see it alot, and yeah both abt zeus & apollo

The feeling of something being wrong with yourself in a way thats rotting you alive, “i was never meant to win”, the defeat, its def giving him during the revolution

“Left me hanging at the station/but you’ll be back for me soon” “something tells me you aren’t coming/guess that im truly doomed” I love how this can apply to both Zeus & Apollo

Zeus is probably the obvious one, his father, the person that’s supposed to be there for him. He hasn’t been, always distant, but Hermes trusts him regardless. He trusts that one day he’ll finally do enough to warrant his attention/approval, that his father is not a bad person and that one day he’ll show it.

And also Apollo. I imagine rev!Hermes is probably feeling a bit abandoned by his brother. A main thing about him is that family is family, no matter what. But now Apollo, the one who has been at his side since day one, is going against that idea, what seems to Hermes as leaving. Leaving him. Apollo had been a bit more distant and colder than usual in these recent centuries, sure, but he always thought that one day it would return to normal. Didn’t want to realize it would get worse.

And both of these people mean a lot to Hermes. They’re both apart of upholding Hermes’ mentality/denial and in general are important to him. And when Apollo doesn’t come back, when Hermes realizes Zeus was never there in the first place, that mentality & denial, all Hermes is, falls apart, leaving him “doomed”.

Also “I’m just a pawn in your game/not your partner in crime”

With Zeus, Hermes realizes that his father doesn’t really care for him, he’s more using him to get what he wants and win. His father’s more content to take rather than give. And to Apollo, Hermes is just another obstacle to overcome, an annoying tick in his plans (obviously Apollo wouldn’t totally see Hermes as such, it’s just what he’s thinking he does). He’s no longer the endearing little brother who stole his cattle, made the lyre, and was always by his side.

And ofc the last part is more about Zeus. Emphasis on “i was never meant to win” because Hermes has never won. He has never been the best, even in his own domains. He has never been enough. He has never gotten what he wanted. At this point he doesn’t know what he wants.

What is your thoughts on Suganoya?

BRUH. I love SugaNoya! I haven’t seen much of it around except for once of the hqconfessions twitter but yeah, I’m totally down with it! 

I feel like SugaNoya would be really, really cute because I have an HC that Suga loves to be super affectionate in private and that he would always kiss and casually touch Noya whenever he has the chance and Noya would blush and melt. Also Suga making morning coffee and Noya padding into the kitchen, rubbing sleep from his eyes and wearing Suga’s shirt that’s a little too big for him, and walking up to Suga, wrapping his arms around Suga’s waist as he nuzzles into Suga’s back, about to fall asleep once again.
