Conclusions:
I should probably try to get better about reading POC and queer content, but I don’t think I need to worry about women so much.
I kind of surprised myself with how many romances I ended up reading last year, because I’ve never thought of myself as a romance person. (I am, after all, aro.)
I’m pleased but not surprised that I only had the one 1-star read! That’s why my DNFs are as high as they are, though. I tend to quit books if I dislike them that much.
I’m surprised that I had so many high ratings, though! I spent a lot of 2019 thinking my year was fine, that lots of my reads were sort of average, and feeling on the cusp of slumping a lot—and five-stars is a tough bar to cross for me anyway.
