Another Maddie girl shout out! Homecoming Week is not for the weak adviser. I had a test this last week. I was directing numerous kiddos every day. One day by messages. They worked so hard and pulled off a great week. But the real superstar was my Maddie. This week was crazy busy for her also. She started her Kumon tutoring on top of HoCo late nights. Friday and Saturday were 11 p.m. nights for us. Some people don't agree that I should keep her with me while working late, but we have to get used to this life. This is my career, and as a single parent there won't always be someone there to babysit. She handled it like a champ! She liked all the "tall talk" she got to be a part of every day. She is so much more mature than I will ever be.
