Years of Decay | Sandcreek Massacre - Split
By this point you know I'm into split records. Ok, guilty. Let's move on. Years of Decay are a French band playing a nice mix of hardcore and crust punk, heavy and menacing, while Dutch dudes [& dudette] Sandcreek Massacre play melodic and melancholic neo-crust that kicks ass. I had the pleasure to share the stage [of Køpi squat in Berlin] with them back in 2010 when I was touring with my band. This record is solid, just bury me under a pile of cut-and-paste zines and resurrect me with a d-beat.
