OH THESE ARE GOOD QUESTIONS.
4. Did you grow up in a small or big town? Did you like it?
I grew up in Canton, Ohio. I don’t really know if one would call it a small or a big town, since it consists of about 90,000 people. It was a good place to grow up at least, and my school, as Catholic as it was, taught me more liberal values, as did my parents. In the end though, I don’t hold a lot of attachment to my home town, but it definitely is a nice place to visit. Plus, the First Bank building downtown as a Peregrine nest, and I like to walk in front of it to find dead pigeon parts~.
11:Have you ever climbed a tree more than twenty feet off the ground?
Nope, but I tried a lot as a kid. My fear of heights usually kicked in around 10 feet off the ground. This extends to rock climbing too; it’s hard for me to make it up very high, I tend to get frozen when I get too far up, haha.
12: Did you like swinging as a child? Do you still get excited when you see a swing set?
I LOVE SWINGING. I NEVER STOPPED LOVING SWINGS. Any kind of swing, I gotta be on it and try it out. I have an unending love for swings and carousels. I will play on them until I am dead.
29:Longest plane ride you’ve ever been on?
14 hours. Chicago to Tokyo, Japan. Was awake for it the whole time too, since I have a terrible time sleeping while traveling. I was up for a total of like, 33-38 hours during that travel. It was freaking nuts, but the bed at the end of it all in Okayama was totally worth it.
36:Have you ever eaten Ethiopian food? Vietnamese? Korean? Nepalese? How was it?
I may have? I know for a fact that I have eaten Korean, and I enjoy it immensely. Not a fan of kimchi, and some of it is a bit spicy for my tastes, but I rather enjoy the dishes I have tried. There are some great Asian food marts here in Columbus so Mat and I tend to stock up on the good stuff.
49:Can you walk well in high heels? Even if you’re a guy?
You know how Shepard looks really awkward in heels? Like, laughably awkward and clumsy? That’s me in real life with heels. I am not elegant in heels at all. At my best, I turn into a velociraptor, and at my worst I’m plodding along like Wrex with a stick up his butt. It’s pretty bad, honestly, haha. Somehow though, I do sometimes manage to look passably decent.
50:Post 5 awesome things about yourself. BRAG AWAY!
1) I’m majorly tolerant and open. Other people’s beliefs and such rarely ever phase me, unless they cause harm to others.2) What can I say, my art is pretty fancy. 3) I can lick my elbow. 4) I am missing my lower canine teeth. Both of them. They just were never there. In contrast, I have all my wisdom teeth.5) I know a ton of random facts about a lot of animals. A LOT. OF ANIMALS. Learning animal behavior is kind of my side hobby for the past 20 years. Animals fascinate me to a fault, a lot more than humans probably ever will. If you ever have an animal question, JUST SEND IT TO ME. I SWEAR I WILL EITHER KNOW THE ANSWER, OR LOOK IT UP LICKITY SPLIT. I am just that in-love with animals. My favorites are mongooses.
