X6130 was created by a group of hackers banded together from all corners of the globe ( along with a few other androids ) to become a tool for mass destruction. all of these androids started off as usual androids do - created by cyberlife with an original intended purpose. X6130 ( PHANT0M X - prototype DEVIL & the first of his kind - though there are more now ) was retrieved as any other android was and redesigned/rebuilt/reprogrammed to become the perfect monster. underneath that mask lies nothing but the layout of a skull. the creating group has removed all signs of anything that had the potential to make him look “human” and there is nothing but empty sockets, skinned wires, dark metal - no fleshy bits - no skin coloring - nothing. hands are just metal skeletons - same for feet - everything. they tinkered with every bit of his design to fully create what they envisioned and imagined to be the ideal assassin.
this group of hackers send each of their customized creations out - planted them in society and waited to see what would happen. they probably never guessed that their first successful prototype would start to realize that maybe he is tired of being used as a tool for destruction.
