*Team Rhea watching the OG Bloodline get interviewed*
Iyo: *to Rhea* Youâre staring again.
Rhea: What?
Naomi: Girl, youâre practically drooling over my brother in law.
Rhea: * Unconsciously wipes her mouth* No, im not. Shut up. You guys are insane.
Bianca: *sarcastically* Yeah, youâre right. What would you see in him anyway?
Rhea: *offended* What?? Heâs fucking amazing! heâs thoughtful, funny, smart, so fucking handsome, he makes me want to k-
(she stops when she sees the girls smirking up at her)
Rhea: I canât believe i fell for that.
I will always love Jhea. Don't get me wrong, I love both of their ships with other people, but together they will always be my Roman Empire. Their ship/relationship is somewhat similar and complex at the same time, even their patterns.
They both have a toxic family. Jey is mistreated by Roman and lived under constant pressure of "we can't anger the tribal chief" and if they do, they all fight each other and end up forgiving each other.
Rhea, on the other hand, has her moments with her family. She's toxic with Dom but at the same time protecting him. And having to deal with the comings and goings of Finn and Damian. But in the end, they forgive each other. Being like an endless dynamic.
They both betrayed someone, not for the same reasons, but for similar situations.
Jey betrayed Roman by beating him and abandoned the bloodline, becoming an enemy of his own family.
Rhea betrayed Liv, abandoning their friendship and becoming enemies.
They were both betrayed, (jey more times than he can count)
Jey was betrayed by his family, Jimmy and Roman in one fell swoop, surprising him.
Rhea was betrayed in a single day by her family and her boyfriend, leaving her shocked and feeling alone.
both lost their titles. Rhea lost her title to Liv Morgan, who also took her family and Dom from her.
Jey lost his title to Bron, as his own brother distracted him and Jacob Fatu weakened him, leaving him heartbroken and perhaps feeling like a failure like Roman had repeated for so many years.
both have been attacked, both have been hurt, both have felt alone at some point.
both have saved the other. Rhea saved Jey from Liv Morgan, distracting Finn and JD so that Damian and Jey could emerge victorious.
Jey came out to defend Rhea from Judgement Day's attack, grabbing her hand and looking at the new Judgement Day with hatred on his face.
both emerged victorious from war games. Rhea doing yeet whenever she can.
Both were attacked from behind, leaving them outside for a moment.
Rhea was attacked by Raquel and Liv, injuring her and forcing her to leave for a few days.
Jey was attacked by Drew and was forced to be out for a few days.
They are both similar, but so different in their own way that I find it tender and adorable. That's why their ship seems so charming and eye-catching to me.
From my perspective, they are both each other's weakness and strength.
So...,long live jhea!

The backstage area was filled with the low hum of the arena winding down after the nightâs show. The sound of shoes tapping on concrete echoed softly through the halls as Rhea Ripley walked off the stage, adrenaline still pumping in her veins, but something felt different tonight. It wasnât just the winâno, it was the charge in the air that had her senses tingling. She didnât know exactly what it was, but she had a feeling she was about to find out.
As she turned a corner, she spotted him leaning against the wallâJey Uso, as calm and collected as ever, his hands casually tucked into his pockets. His chocolate brown eyes met her dark brown ones the moment she stepped into view, and a small smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth.
âRhea,â Jey greeted, his voice deep and easy, laced with that quiet confidence that always seemed to come naturally to him. âYou were fire out there tonight.â He had on a fresh blue YEET shirt along with his matching blue shades and bright white Nikes. And then the blue tips in his hair that matched itâŠand something about that crop topâŠit was a bit more high than usual she couldâve sworn.
Rhea raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into a grin. âCheers, Uso. You lookinâ for a fight, or you just here to give me compliments?â She let the Australian accent hang in her words, rolling the vowels, making it sound effortless, like second nature. The gold grills that hung over his bottom teeth while two of his top fangs were covered with gold was enough to keep her gaze fixated on him.
Jey let out a low chuckle, shaking his head before removing his shades. âNah, I ainât here to fight. I came to see what all that talkâs about. You wildinâ out there tonight, huh? Thought you was gonna run through that whole division.â Just keep talking, she seems like sheâs starinâ anywayâŠbut that smile along with her black lipstick contrasting with the white set of teeth she had underneathâŠdamn.
Rhea smirked, taking a step closer to him. âWouldnât be the first time, yeah? You seen me do it before, Jey.â
Jey stood up from the wall, stepping into her space. His frame was broad, towering over her, but Rhea didnât flinch. She matched his stance, their bodies mere inches apart. He looked down at her, his eyes softening for a moment before his signature grin returned.
âYou know, I been watchinâ you for a while now,â Jey said, his voice dropping a few octaves, more serious. âAinât nobody work as hard as you do. But you know what? I been waitinâ for the right time to tell you somethinâ.â
Rhea tilted her head slightly, curious but playing it cool. âWhatâs that?â
Jey didnât answer right away. Instead, he stepped in closer, the heat of his body practically radiating off of him. He looked down at her lips for a split second before meeting her eyes. âYou think you the only one who knows how to handle business, huh? You think you the only one who can run through this whole place like itâs nothinâ? I see you out there, rippinâ people apart, but⊠I know what you need, Rhea.â
Rhea didnât move, didnât speak. She just stood there, the tension between them thick enough to cut with a knife. His words lingered in the air, each syllable dripping with something moreâsomething unsaid. Her heart skipped a beat, but she wasnât about to let him think she was intimidated. Know what I need hm? Letâs see if he actually gets it right this time.
âOh yeah?â she said, letting a bit of her Australian accent drawl through. âWhat do I need then, Uso? You gonna tell me?â
Jey leaned in closer now, so close that Rhea could feel his breath against her skin. âI think you already know, baby girl,â he whispered, his voice now dangerously low. âBut you way too proud to admit it.â
Rheaâs pulse quickened, her breath hitching in her throat. She could feel the heat from his body, the overwhelming energy between them. He was rightâshe did feel something, but she wasnât ready to let him see how much it was affecting her.
âIâm not too proud,â she replied, her voice steady, but there was a slight tremor she couldnât hide. âI just donât let anyone see what they wanna see.â
Jeyâs eyes flickered, catching the shift in her tone. He took a half step back, watching her with that same intense look in his eyes, but now with something differentâa challenge, an unspoken understanding.
âOh, I see. You playinâ hard to get?â He grinned, his lips curling slightly. âI can work with that.â
Rheaâs lips parted for a moment, and she wanted to say somethingâanything to break the tensionâbut instead, she found herself frozen. There was a magnetic pull between them, an attraction she couldnât deny. She felt his gaze move down to her lips again, his eyes lingering a little too long, and it made her heart race even faster.
Before she could speak, Jey stepped back again, as if he was giving her space to breatheâbut it didnât feel like space. It felt like a challenge.
âYou know, Rhea,â Jey said, his voice low and steady, âIâve been watchinâ you for a long time. I see the way you carry yourself, like youâre untouchable, like nobody can get through to you. But I know what itâs like to have to be on top of your game all the time. You donât ever let your guard down, do you?â
Rhea shook her head slowly, her lips curling into a faint smile. âNo. But youâre gettinâ real close, Uso.â She took a step closer to him, her voice almost a whisper now, teasing. âYou wanna keep tryinâ to get under my skin?â The blush that hit his cheeks after that along with the way his expression changedâŠgod this wouldâve been enough to send the average person over the edge, thank god I was Rhea Bloody Ripley. There was nothing I couldnât takeâŠ.even him.
Jeyâs expression shifted, his eyes darkening with something else, something that Rhea couldnât ignore. âOh, I love a challenge.â
They stood there, staring at each other, both of them breathing a little heavier than before. The unspoken words hung between them like a promiseâlike something waiting to break. Rheaâs chest tightened, her heart racing in her throat, and for a moment, it felt like the whole world outside of them had disappeared.
As the both of them stood in silence encapsulated by each other completely, they didnât even realize that they both were leaning in. Instinctively Jey wrapped his hands around Rheaâs waist. God her tattoos, her eyes, the way she looked at him. Everything about this woman standing in front of him was nothing short of perfect.
Rhea thought the same thing about the tan skinned Samoan standing in front of her. His tribal tattoos were nothing short of art work, his mullet had been faded on the sides and it was wet as usual but looked so moisturized. The way his eyes glared with hunger and hers did the same. There was nothing but space and opportunity and she took it.
With a swift motion, her arms wrapped around Jeyâs neck and she planted a soft but passionate kiss on his lips. That was all the motion Jey needed before he immediately returned it pulling her body closer to his as his tongue desperately made contact with Rheaâs lips asking her for permission. She of course provided it and it was a HEATED tongue battle. The fact that Jey didnât have a match till next week, Rheaâs match already ended earlier tonight, AND no one was around meant that this could go for as long as the both of them wanted.
Her tongue ring collided with every inch of Jeyâs mouth as a soft moan slipped from her lips due to how much fun this was. Jey was began to hunger for much more than this, so much so, that he even picked up Rhea without a second thought. Her legs instinctively wrapped around the manâs waist where she also felt Jeyâs pants growing tighter and tighter between his legs. God he felt so huge alreadyâŠbut nothing Mami couldnât take. đ
