i hate videogames when did we fuck everything up so badly that i cant physically run the hyperfixation thing on my computer. no other medium does this. a pc should cost the same as a pair of reading glasses and a bookmark. why is the world so unfair i just want to play yakuzers but instead im just crying looking up fixes for y3r's shit ass optimization because literally everyone around me seems to have conspired to not let me under any circumstances get a new pc for at least a year. i genuinely dont know what to do i dont have any other sources of joy dude. i just want to play yakuzers

turns out my sister doesnt know what an hdmi is. its kinda worse that actually im pretty sure shes not the first person ive met who has no idea what some of the cables on their computers are called. and they always on purpose refuse to learn, too, like actually get angry when you try to teach them. its basic stuff dude, not rocket science, and its honestly kinda as much as i know about all this as a person with just a mild interest in tech, so why are they acting like im trying to explain something... unnecessary and overcomplicated? like im trying to make them feel inadequate? oh well!

my anxiety could manifest as literally anything but it chose to make my stomach feel weird. and also nausea and cramps. thanks a LOT dude thats definitely never going to be THAT big of a problem! im literally anxious about anxiety making me too sick to do well on the exam. and that's making me too sick to do well on the exam. i kinda hate it here

hey tumblerers👋 just wanted to know that my mama literally thinks all of you are psychological terrorists who lie always and only wish for me to never listen to my parents again and that apparently considering yourself a child at the age of 14-18 is batshit insane. had an interesting little talk rn and shes reeeeaallll mad about us having fundamentally different worldviews because of how we have been brought up (i mean yeah im still actively in the process of being brought up but whatever)

and i also. dont think she understands what im talking about when i try to explain tumblr to her. and she completely seriously believes that im being affected by an american psyop made to lower russian birthrates. because im too 'infantile' for a straight up legal minor. and thats caused by the internet and that will make me too stupid and irresponsible to ever have children of my own. jokes on her. i literally want a kid in the future. when i said that and immediately afterwards said that its because strangers online kind of eased me into the idea of having a family as not something needed and unavoidable but actually just a nice thing that might make my life better but is also like completely up to me. she got a little upset! and also didnt really like that i said that her arguments are simply shit and didnt make me think of having a family as a good thing in any way...

all of that happened because i dared to ask about our financial situation to figure out how i should plan around that to decide when i can maybe get a new pc.
