Guess who got themself an Doll Chateau. This lovely boi is a DC Colin and he’s quite old. Idk the actually year yet but he is super yellow with age and wasn’t the cleanest second hand purchase. 😆
My camera sort of de-yellows him but he is about the color of butter. I am already researching ways to improve that sickly color. I think first I will oxi and sand. And then I might dye him later to a warmer tone.
I was close to a limit on bid worth now seeing his age, but I still am so happy I was able to get ahold of a dc even an old one. I guess that’s what you get with eBay buys.
I don’t have any set plans for him. Luckily he has a face up (the original which is kind crazy) so he will sit incomplete for a while.
For now he’s unnamed, without a character. I love any suggestions. A pre-lim is to go with a Japanese historical fantasy. With Mushishi, Natsume book of friends, and Mononoke as inspiration. Lol that medicine box I made actually fits him perfectly. Soo
