I’ve been feeling so anxious lately. I’ve been doing everything I need to, just like you told me: taking my meds on time, focusing on my breathing, trying to avoid stressful things as best I can; all of that. But I still feel so anxious and full of dread.

No, sunshine, you aren't. Not to sound like Dad, but life is stressful. Fucking unfairly so, and it's getting worse. Sometimes the copes just won't work, and all you can do is scream and cry it out or distract. Lucky for you, I'm pretty good at distractions 💛

Thinking a lot about Yellow and Blue being a victim's boyfriends. Blue always wanting to be held and scared to take up too much of your time, always comparing himself to Yellow and hating how inferior he feels. Yellow always teasing you too much and bullying Blue, trying to slowly push him out of the relationship like the worthless dog he is. Till he goes too far and is reminded that cornered dogs bite.
