My trip to Traeder Joe’s yesterday (a well known grocery chain in the US), let me not only come home with food for the body but also with food for the soul: Flowers! I was so happy that they had beautiful yellow tulips, cheerful daffodils and cute tete-a-tete narcissuses, and also branches of forsythia. I only had time yesterday to recut the flowers and branches, put them into fresh water, and place the containers chock-full of flowers on our kitchen countertop to be arranged today. It looked so lovely already that I was inspired to take a few quick snaps. I felt they came out very pretty and I just wanted to share one with you this morning.
