OOH THAT SOUNDS FUN!

I've gotta admit i completly forgot of her existence which is a shame because she's such a fun character (i love old cranky ladies xd)

i remember giving her the voice of the old lady that beats Alex in the Madagascar movies while reading, idk why, thats why i gave her that head scarf, although at first i wanted to somehow incorporate that into her check fur, but i just could't make it work

i rarely draw older characters and the few oc's i've got that are elders were a litteral nightmare for me to make them look their age

so i'm quite satisfied with how she looks, but idk if her lack of teeth comes as clearly as i wanted it to be

opinions on yellowfang’s secret? i just finished it and have VERY mixed feelings on it despite seeing everybody praise it.

just reread it last week and i remember loving it as a kid buuut there are definitely some holes there i can see now lol. why did they give her the empath powers like its a cool idea in concept and i wouldve loved it for another character but for yellowfang it felt a little shoved in there. i do like how it complicated her relationship with starclan though. i also have mixed feelings about how brokenstar's past was written... overall i like that theres this awful prophecy about him and everyones like "theres still time to fix this!!" and she tries but it still turns out awful like its fun and tragic! but it felt like a lot of points where brokenstar was steered in the wrong direction were like. of his own accord? other than being bullied it was his own choice to just be arbitrarily evil? its supposed to be a nature vs nuture thing, right, so if yellowfang is making an effort to nuture him and its implied that he couldve still been saved.................. THEN WAS HE JUST BORN JUST LIKE NATURALLY EVIL? they probably meant it more as a slippery slope he fell into, but it wasnt super convincing to me tbh

still like the book, although im a bit biased since i just looove yellowfang. its just a bit goofy reading it back now that my brains fully formed
