Spring time is almost here!! Alan & I grew up here and while we understand it can be grey and dreary, it is absolutely GORGEOUS in the Spring and Summer. Something I always like to tell those who are new to the area - the dreary days will just make you take advantage of and appreciate the beautiful days that much more. This one was not like the others We met this awesome family a few months ago and they wanted to buy and sell in the same area, but upgrade their yard and size of home. 

This market is VERY difficult for those submitting contingent offers (an offer that is contingent on the sale of their home). But we DID IT and closed on both in the last few days!! We work really hard in the background to make sure transactions are as smooth as they can possibly be and that was definitely the case for this family!
