At first I was going to write you a quick note, informing you that I’d be back later, but changed my mind. So, I’m not sure if I’ll be back by the time you’re reading this or if I’ll be gone. Hopefully the former. I thought about waking you up to see if you wanted to go with me, but… then I looked at you and you looked so peaceful. I couldn’t bring myself to wake you up. Plus, I thought this would be a nice surprise for you to find.

Kibum-ah.. how do I go about explaining how much you mean to me? I realize that it might seem foolish - especially since I can’t remember things. That, for me, we’re just meeting, and yet - I feel like I’ve been with you for so long. That I’ve always been by your side, and I suppose - in a way - I have been. After all, what kind of guardian angel would I be, if I left you unattended? Not a very good one, obviously. I don’t care what other people say, think or do - I love you, and I will continue loving you for as long as we both shall live. You are the love of my life.

Each time I glance at you, I get this goofy grin on my face. I love you, Kibum-ah. So, so much. You are so beautiful, such a masterpiece. A work of art. Don’t shake your head at me, and stop disagreeing - you know it’s true. Just like I know it’s true, and I’m not being biased. I’m not saying this because you’re my fiance, I’m saying this because it’s the honest truth. Each mark on your skin, each little freckle.. each little imperfection makes you perfect, Bummie. Never forget that. Never doubt that.

I love the way you smile. I love the way your eyes crinkle when you're laughing, or that shy little blush you'll get when we're alone. I love everything about you. Even when you're huffing at me, and you're upset with me. You looked so cute angry, I just wanted to take you into my arms and kiss you. Which, I'll do that later - count on it, arasso? You make me happy, and I can’t explain it, but when I’m with you - I know that everything will be alright. That, despite my inability to remember, I have someone that loves me. A place to call home.

I’m going to keep to my word. My promise to you. We don’t have to rush to marry, but I can’t wait until the day I stand at the alter with you or the day that we’ll have our own little family. You deserve to be happy, and I’m going to do whatever it takes to make it so. I love you, and I’ll say it a million more times, but for now this will have to do.
