Okay I have to ask—is Chariot’s homeland Ancient Egypt (or at least inspired by it)? I thought it might be when she mentioned a great kingdom by a river, and what she says about a jackal-faced god of death in the most recent update really makes me think that it is :3 if so that’s incredibly epic and I love her even more
it's a big world out there... the River Kingdom is much further south-west than any cat in the Garden has ever traveled (even Berry!!), but Chariot enjoys entertaining them with vivid stories about her homeland - and the places she's been since. for such a young cat, her paws have taken her far. she's fascinated by the different cultures she's gotten to experience, and fiercely passionate about being able to share them. of course, not every cat believes her. some of these stories are VERY fantastical, and it's hard to imagine the world being SO different than what they're used to in the desert. but it's good fun to listen, and to let imaginations run wild.
