The highlight of the night was no doubt the bar’s signature cocktail ‘Downton Abbey’, which is one of its bestsellers and, according to our waitress, often the reason that people come to Balthazar in the first place. Both my companion and I thought it was the best cocktail we have ever had! A mix of passion fruit, champagne, vodka and liquorice makes this cocktail sour and fresh yet sweet. A must!
