These two are crazy competitive! They had me laughing so hard Tuesday night I thought I was going to pass out. I had challenging workout planned for them and when they finished we had a plank challenge. Oh I forgot to tell them 🤷🏼♀️😉 The entire workout isn’t posted because you need to join in to get all the fun. We also focused on eating habits that someone isn’t listening to.
