Apparently the tenants above our office wanted the NBN connected.... so the Telco gave them our connection. And instead of just reversing the connection, we now have to wait up to 2 weeks for a new connection!!! You just can't make this stuff up. We can hotspot from my phone to access the internet, but not our phones. So please call 0419 847 105 if you need to speak to us.
