🎀 We are on day 23 of #YogaMusclesMarchREMIX and today we are flowing from side plank to dolphin plank. 🐬🐬🐬 Okay, so this video was retaken over and over because I had issues with 🌟 my bum shooting up when in dolphin plank 📷 mom walking in front of the cam 💥 my torso moves around as of I'm dancing. So if I may share how to lessen the "dancing" when shifting from side plank to dolphin plank is to put the hands that will support you in a side plank to where it was in your dolphin plank, do not put it in the center. Let your body follow where your side plank can support it. It's okay too to move slowly with control so as to not depend on your momentum and be hyped thus resulting to shaking, at least for me I think that's what happened.
