Day 2 of #SizeDoesntMatter w/me, @yoga_davina & @nolatrees is #dolphinplank variation. I am a big fan of dolphin plank pose, mostly because it is a built-in ass kicker. Literally, this pose is never easy for me. But easy can usually be synonymous w/ boring, right? And trust me, I'm never bored in this pose. I love this crossed ankles variation- I typically aim to hold each side 5-10 breaths and those breaths are usually spent trying to correctly align every part of my body- hips, shoulders, hands, wrists, feet. Inevitably, one of these areas is always a little weaker than the others and it's a reminder to keep practicing this pose as often as possible. Song is Childish Gambino "IV: Sweatpants".
