Up next is dropping the Transmission out of the yeti to replace the stock output-shaft in the transfer-case to a stronger and longer one. Pay close attention to the way you put the output-shaft in. There is a direction, and you want the longer side to be facing the front of the yeti. You will be flipping the front driveshaft around to make sure the slash front end can be used by the provided output diff cup, which I'll cover in another post. I made the cuts, no turning back now! Basically, you cut the front bulkhead of the front of the yeti, then take the cut bulkhead off the 4x4 slash and mount them up using the @cbercfab 1/4" thick plate. These other cuts are needed for the new plate that goes on the top of the steering and added brace. The Yeti X Conversion is under way! #cberc #thepeoplesyeti #yetix #yetixconversion
