Lol I mean sadly that’s how feh is these days (now the descriptions are full on essays and tbh I don’t feel like reading all of that) but yes, also some of the skills are also outdated (brash assault and I don’t think I even see it nowadays, but I can imagine feh bringing it back and making it broken)

Very late but felt like sharing. I'm on the fence about whether I count as a "Byleth Enjoyer" because my particular interpretation is a person who has a miraculous birth, is a seasoned warrior, and finally, a priest-monarch. This is a very similar narrative to a certain indigenous priest-king that was probably wholly unintentional, but I'll take it since its the closest thing I can get out of this Fire Emblem with anything to do with 🇲🇽

Damn I never saw Byleth that way but yeah almost everything in Fire Emblem is European inspired (I especially loved the designs of the Birthright characters since it was very different but that was only once)

A very interesting way to like Byleth but I can definitely see it. And yes we need more FE games to be inspired by other cultures that aren’t European (I don’t got a problem with it I just need more you know?)

It's probably not a rarepair but I never really see Seliph get shipped with anyone so Seliph x Tine?

Seliph is such a bicycle in shipping terms for me cause he has so many good interactions. I’m such a softie for Seliph x Tine cause it’s just Sigurd/Deirdre but better. I also really like it because of Tine’s backstory which is like giving a big middle finger to Hilda

I’ll admit I prefer both of them with Edain, but I’ve also been thinking a lot about them with each other. I think it’s cute and love how some people instead of arguing with each other on who Edain should be with, some people just like them together.

Stoic archer prince with loyal archer knight. Idk about you but I’m thinking about royal x knight with them ngl.

Last of my nonsense, Lewyn/Dithorba?

Lewyn/Dithorba is so galaxy brain to me you have opened my fourth eye wtf. My first thought on them is that they would have a kind of rough and rocky relationship at first because of the whole schtick with Dirhorba being on the opposing side and wanting a better future for Silesse and whatnot. Lewyn to me gives me little bitch vibes and with someone like Dithorba the image is kinda funny to me.

I would also like to hear your thoughts on them as well because it’s so random (not really) but it makes complete sense to me. I would also like to hear your thoughts on why and how you started shipping them.
