Dining Experience at Diamond Spring Resto Bar
Pampanga always means good food for me. I love going home on weekends to escape from the busy metro and enjoy good food. Now, there are already a lot of great restaurants, cafes and food establishments around every corner that choosing where to eat on a day out became very difficult as there are a lot of choices.
One of my great discoveries was Diamond Spring Resto Bar which is located at the roof deck of Diamond Spring Hotel in Balibago.
We stayed there once for a night, and it was amazing that we chose to try out their restaurant for dinner because we were very satisfied.
Diamond Spring Resto Bar has a wide selection of good food on their menu. From Breakfast, Salads, Sandwiches, Pasta, Entrees, Steaks and more.
We tried out some of the best dishes in their menu and everything was so delicious. The price? Way cheaper than other restaurants in the area serving the same.
Yang Chow Fried Rice- Php180.00
Their fried rice is very tasty and flavorful. The serving was also huge and can be good for up to 3 person.
Sweet and Sour Fist Fillet- Php220.00
The sweet and sour dish can be a choice of Pork, Chicken or Fish. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity and lots of vegetables, too.
Kare-Kare Dagat (Seafood)- Php350.00
This is really delicious. I am not fond of seafood kare kare very much (I prefer beef or pork) but this is an exception. The sauce is very thick and mouthwatering. And can you believe that this is their most expensive dish? Everything else is already less than Php350.00, even their most expensive steak (Fillet Mignon) is only at Php380.00. Steaks are all served with Buttered Corn and Carrots and a choice between: Rice, Fries or Mashed Potato.
Chef’s Special Barbecue Pork Ribs- Php 190.00
Of course, we can’t miss their specialty entree. The pork is very tender and falls off the bone. All of their entrees are served with Mixed Vegetables and also a choice between: Rice, Fries or Mashed Potato.
We didn’t even finish our meal because the serving is so generous and there are 50 more dishes to choose from from their menu!
They also serve drinks, beer and imported wines. Also, side orders. I think their location is great and the resto bar’s roof deck ambiance is also perfect for chill night outs with friends while listening to their live band.
The atmosphere in the morning is just as great and with an amazing view.
So do I recommend dining here? 100%! I think it’s a must try if you are looking for restaurant-quality dishes for affordable prices with an amazing ambiance.
Just remember that the resto bar is located at the roof deck so I recommend you visit them during dinner because afternoons in Pampanga tend to be so hot especially during the Summer.
I’ll share you my review on our stay at Diamond Spring Hotel soon so watch out for it.
