♧ april 2016, two days after the dance

They weren’t always this way. At least Jisoo didn’t remember it ever being this quiet as they sat together after classes. He watched Sulli, taking in the fine lines of her face as he wondered what was actually going through her mind. Things were...shaky at best, but he thought they were at a better place than they had been lately. A hand reached up slowly, fingers moving to naturally play at her hair like he used to, back when everything was different. A ghost of a smile appeared as his bangs fell across his own eyes, a small laugh almost escaping.

“You never could resist studying so intensely. Even now, that’s something that hasn’t changed,” he murmured, watching her still as fingers tangled in the soft, dark locks. While her studying habits hadn’t changed, it felt like so much had in it’s place, yet some things hadn’t at all. Jisoo looked away slowly as he realized what he was doing as it seems he still couldn’t resist Sulli, hand falling to the table as eyes diverted gaze to the book in front of him. His studying habits hadn’t changed much either. “I’m sorry.” The athlete didn’t even know what he was apologizing for, but he felt the need to say it. Maybe he was sorry for not being by her side at the after party, or perhaps he was sorry for bringing up the past. The past was the past after all, but that didn’t mean he didn’t want to try and make a new future. 

♤ june 2015

“You know... I bet I would be laughed right out of wrestling practice if they knew about all these bubbles...” Jisoo contemplated for  moment as fingers twirled a lock of dark, wet hair around them. His free arm rested around Sulli’s middle as he settled back into the relaxing bath a bit more while pulling her back closer against his chest. It had been her idea entirely (ok and maybe a little bit of his), especially after how long the day had been. Plus who could reject having access to an actual, nice bath tub?? It felt like all of the wear of wrestling practice fell from his body as Sulli pressed closer against him, filling every sense he had. Lips gently rested against the back of her neck as his eyes fluttered shut, enjoying the feeling of being so close, of feeling her warmth nearby. “Maybe only because they have a slight color to them... I didn’t even know that was possible.” The hand playing with her hair picked up some of the bubbles, playing with them gently in front of them as the water moved in patterns.

He was mostly kidding since he honestly could care less what people thought, especially about something as silly as bath bubbles. The tip of Jisoo’s nose gently nuzzled a bit more against her skin before he started to place soft kisses along the curve leading down to her shoulder. It was almost too hard to resist her at that moment as she looked beautiful almost all the time, especially when naked. Sparkling eyes, dark hair that never seemed to end, a smile that lit up the room, skin so smooth and pure that it drove Jisoo absolutely crazy right to his core. Words curled at the tip of his tongue, but he didn’t utter a single one as he wanted to enjoy the silence and close feeling that they had at that moment. Fingers danced softly under the water, touching along the smooth skin of her stomach before running down along Sulli’s hip as he decided to tease her. A mischievous smile curled at the corners of his mouth as he let out a soft laugh before working his kisses back up to her ear. Teeth sunk in gently as the words came out in a whisper, deep and low, unable to resist any longer, “I don’t think I’ll ever be able to resist you, Choi Sulli...”

leftover struggles

( / he feels the regret throbbing in his head and the aches deep within his bones. he also knows that means he’s awake. or in some state of consciousness to feel everything unpleasant come in at an agonizingly slow pace. eyes barely crack open before shutting close at the small peek of light entering in. nope he wasn’t going to be able to handle this ) fuck. what a mess. ( / in his head and probably around his home right now. if he opened his eyes to take a good look around. even the sound of his voice rubs him off the wrong way making him want to just curl up and have the day pass by. instead he feels the memories slowly become clearer as the wave of regret hit him of what occurred last night. the need to drown himself in alcohol in order to deal with hosting. sena. and all the stupidity beyond makes the fatigue and headache worse in his case ) ... ( / with one eye struggling to keep open, he observes the best of his surroundings, realizing he wasn’t in his room. and definitely not on a comfy bed. or decent couch. with a sigh he turns a bit, arms spread out and loosely spreading out until he feels it land on something. or someone. more specifically someone’s face ) who the...? ( / he reaches out pinching the cheek to make sure it was a human being...or what he think was the cheek. hopefully it was. he gives a couple pulls before tilting his head to the side. he, finally, opens his second eye to see the distant figure across from him. the realization hitting him in the face at who it was ) oh ....sulli.
