“Hey, watch where you’re going.”

    easily, yumi’s favorite hobby was exploring the new town. just a couple weeks in and she felt like she had only experienced a fraction of what this place had to offer! mysterious bars, beautiful beaches, and all kinds of delicious food at every turn. she had fun getting lost anywhere she could. her head, in a happy little cloud, hummed tunes everywhere she went.      she was stopped in her tracks. a little bump was all, yet this man had to open his mouth.      her little eyebrows furrowed. her lips pouted.      “why do i have to watch where i’m going? i’m not even standing in the middle of the aisle. . . sir.” she crossed her arms and huffed. she was expecting the apology from him. “you should be more careful next time.”

“Do you need help with that?”

with the warm weather finally establishing its stay, yoogeon has shedded his casual wear down to a pair of old jeans he found in the old shed and a simple white tee. despite having rolled up the short sleeves and tucking them into his shirt in an attempt to keep himself, a light sheen of sweat glistened on yoogeon's forehead while he examined the machinery in the shed.

there's a lot on his mind - especially the fact that he's wearing an old pair of jeans that most definitely belonged to his grandfather. he's not entirely sure how he feels about it. it seems like the only thing he knows for sure in that moment is that the slacks he had worn down to the field definitely wouldn't have allowed him the freedom to do any work properly if he didn't want to stain or wreck them.

staring at the tractor in front of him doesn't help focus his mind either considering that yoogeon has no idea what is good when it comes to farm equipment. so when he hears kitae's voice once he enters the shed, yoogeon breathes a sigh of relief.

"definitely." yoogeon immediately replies as he takes a step back from the vehicle and simply nods his head towards it. "i honestly don't know what to do with this or how it operates. it starts for sure but other than that do you think it'd be in any shape or condition to sell? or donate? anyone in town that would need any of the equipment around here?"
