For a rare pair suggestion (I assume, I haven't seen it at least), Yi Sang/Meursault just came to me in a vision, and I think I can cook with this one.
Two understated kings, Yi Sang is friendly, supportive, an artsy yapper, and has some genuine emotional intelligence behind him that make him a strong contrast and potential support system to Meursault's more reserved and standoffish nature. While Meursault's self-assuredness and unwavering character can support Yi Sang when he needs reassurance. Maybe I cooked, maybe I flopped, I tried.
