OmegaverseAU I neglected the AU a bit, sorry 🥺
Queriendo al yernito 🤭🤭
Guys, you have no idea how much I struggled with the editing!!! But it's finally finished.
After a whole month preparing it, here it is: Isaak's introduction to Ren!!!
...Obviously, it wasn't as pleasant as you might imagine...
So, how will things unfold from here?
Inicialmente iba a ser una sketch pero dije a ya que lo renderizo y así quedó jiji 🤭
YKMET Omegaverse AU Ren and Strade (ENG/ESP)
Some people asked me to draw Strade interacting with his children. Personally, I don't think he would be a good father; rather, he would be neglectful and overly lax with them. He would probably try to replace paternal affection and attention with gifts or material things instead of truly being involved in their upbringing. He would definitely leave almost all the responsibility to Ren.
Perhaps he would offer the occasional compliment or some superficial gesture of "love" toward the twins, more to feel present in their lives than out of genuine interest. Deep down, I don't think he would care that much.
For his part, Ren feels a certain relief that he isn't so present in the children's lives because he doesn't want them to be influenced by their father's actions and behavior—and, frankly, he has good reason to think that way.
Isaak and Everly in their 20s 🥹
A bit of context: Ren experienced several episodes of derealization during his pregnancy. He was deeply conflicted about having the babies, but in reality, he had no other choice. Every time he tried to terminate the pregnancy, Strade would stop him and tie him up to prevent it.
Because of that, whenever he felt the babies move, he never knew how to react. Part of him felt relieved that they were alive, while another part was terrified of the future that awaited them. The mix of emotions was so overwhelming that, most of the time, he chose to ignore the movements and pretend they weren't there.
