i went to a drawmeet at ax even though i didn’t know how to draw. so instead i ended up writing a drabble for yllucs (they asked for brownham angst; I’ll post it later), and they drew this for me.

1. What was the last song you sang aloud?

Eh-heh, this is kind of embarassing, but I sang that old children's lullaby to the animals during a storm yesterday. It goes 'hush little baby, don't you cry; Momma's gonna buy you a mockingbird. And if that mockingbirn don't sing, Daddy's gonna buy you a diamond ring.'

2. Do you collect anything cool (anything cool being defined as anything you collect?)

I'm kind of proud of my manga collection, so I think I'll count that! I also collect paper scraps from wherever I go - old train or movie tickets, pamphlets, etc. But that's not really a uniform collection.

3. If you could have TWO superpowers, what two superpowers would you have?

I'd wanna be super-strong for starters, but I also think I'd like to be able to read the mind of anyone I chose.

4. What’s your dream bedroom?

I actually looked at it earlier in the year! It was a small room I was gonna put a twin-sized air-mattress in. I'd like a small altar by one of the windows so I can pray, a TV by the bed, a closet, a chair, and a desk or folding table I can use as one. Mostly I'd like to have light, gauzy curtains over thicker ones. On sunny days I could either drape the pretty light fabrics over it or the heavy dark fabrics. I'd also like to have a lot of natural stones around - I find that soothing. A small bookshelf with my speakers on top would be nice too!

5. Would you rather live in a world without books or a world without movies?

Movies. I can imagine books in my head.

6. Do you own a pair of roller skates?

No, but when I was younger I did!

7. Which fictional character would you want to be your mentor?

Ughhhh hard question! But important, so I respect this. I'm torn between saying someone gentle and someone brutal. Maybe Lain, from Serial Experiment Lain? She was able to make the hardest sacrifice I could ever imagine because of her intense capacity for love. I really admire that - I think she's a really great person for that!

8. What’s your favorite soundtrack (game/movie/TV show/etc.)?

The Silent Hill soundtracks. I don't think I can pick a single one - they're actually all really good! Well, I wasn't wild about the Downpour one, but OTHER than that.

9. What do you want for dinner?

Ideally? 7-up, the 'Everything but the kitchen sink' wrap from the restaurant near my room, and a large slice of cheesecake for dessert!

10. Describe yourself in five (positive) words.

Determined, resilient, thoughtful, goal-oriented, and (hopefully) encouraging.

11. Is there a song what makes you feel invincible? If so, what is it?

There are a few, actually! But the one I really like right now is Problem by Natalia Kills.
