i'm rereading YMLMFM and............ i really love this fic, and if anyone following still cares about it, I'm working on updating it right now

hey! just wanted to swing by to say that i absolutely loved reading you must like me for me :)) the whole thing just flows perfectly and I adore how you write all the characters, particularly lydia, cora and erica - i find a lot of media really struggles with writing teenage girls as proper, fleshed-out people, but you do an amazing job of making them all separate individuals that are sympathetic but also with realistic and understandable flaws. as someone who was a very angry wlw academic perfectionist in high school i feel very seen lol. also love the direct callout over the fact that stiles is straight-up creepy in pursuing lydia Like That. bravo it's so good. i can't wait to see where it goes next and i hope you're having a good day <3 mòran taing à Alba!!

hi! thank you so much for your kind words! it means literally the whole world to hear how someone is liking this monster of a fic. this story means a lot to me as i was also an angry wlw academic perfectionist, so thank you!! haha the stiles stuff is me fixing canon in the only way i know how. i have the next chapter plotted and as soon as i'm out of this busy period with work writing, i hope to have the next chapter up <3

I don't mean this to come off as rude in anyway but I'm just wondering if you're still going to be writing ymlmfm now that you're writing another cordia fic?

not rude at all!!

I'm 100% working on YMLMFM as my main fic now and until it's finished. FFTT is just something I had on my mind and I wanted to get out of my system. It's not a super serious fic, and one I'm writing more for fun, whereas YMLMFM is something I'm dedicated to writing well and writing right.

I hope to have the next chapter of YMLMFM up very soon.

Hello!! I was just wondering if we ever find out what was written on ericas note from the valentines day rose thing in your cora/lydia fic?

sharp eyes! if i’m honest, i didn’t think to expand on that detail, leaving it to reader interpretation. at my hs, the key club reviewed all of the notes sent so I don’t think it could say anything explicitly horrible (unless someone on key club was in on it) because it would get flagged/thrown out, but also erica is going to assume anything sent to her is a sick joke. 

i think it probably was written as if it were a serious secret admirer with reference to her seizures (”you make me convulse with desire” “i hope this rose doesn’t shake up your v day”) that are subtle enough not to get flagged
