Moooooooooooolly.
It has been literally a week. Literally. A. Week.
You do not "love" anyone after a week. You barely even know a person after a week. You are just obsessed with the idea of having a relationship with them.
You should not expect anyone to "love" you after a week.
Your heart should not get shattered by someone you've been talking to for a week. That's just irrational.
I'm gonna just throw the words "a week" in here again so you can maybe begin to grasp just how silly this all is.
You would ~get your heart broken~ a lot less if you would realize that your idea of how a relationship should go (meeting, hanging out for like one day, then suddenly having sex and falling in love in whatever order) isn't realistic. Life ain't a fuckin' rom-com.
If you stopped throwing yourself at people so desperately and insistently maybe you would have better luck in relationships. Again, not trying to be mean, just hear me out.
I know you have no self-esteem or sense of self-worth to speak of, and you think that you have to immediately throw your body and heart in someone's face after knowing them for about .12 seconds for them to want to keep you around, but that isn't true.
You probably also just seek out a happy, loving relationship so desperately because you think that's the only thing that will make you truly happy and fill the voids in your life, but that isn't true either. You have to be happy with yourself and work out your own issues first, not try so hard to find someone else who you think will make you happy.
You should actually get to know someone before you get EXTREMELY overly attached to them so quickly and to the point that it scares them. And when I say "get to know someone" I don't mean hang out for two days, tell them your life story, and then fuck them. I mean actually get to know them and let them get to know you. From then on you can decide if they are worth going after. You shouldn't just fall for any guy who hangs out with you and says nice things (that may or may not even be genuine.) There are a lot of guys who are nice and cute and understanding out there. That doesn't mean you have to automatically assume you're ~meant to be~ after like a day.
And remember, guys need time to process whether or not they actually like you and want to be with you, too. So don't blame a guy for getting freaked out and running the other way if you're too straightforward and fast about things.
I know you really really want someone to care for you and think you're special and amazing, probably due to a lot of issues of your past, but you're going about it the wrong way. You can't just pick a random guy and try to make him think all those things by immediately giving him everything. A perfect guy will come to you through no effort of your own. Trust me.
I have had good relationships with two guys who were amazing in their own right and I loved them both dearly. Both of them I met through mutual friends, talked to and hung out with a ton, and then progressed things with. (Casey and I even took things too fast really, and they were nowhere NEAR as fast as you two are being. Andrew I talked to for seven months before dating.) Bri and Jed met as friends and got to know each other for a long time before truly falling for each other. Tyler and Megan were friends for a long time first too. So were Lisa and Will.
Basically, you can't make good relationships happen out of thin air. There has to be substance. Someone messaging you on facebook and hanging out with you a couple of times isn't worth shit, when it comes down to it. Honestly, how many relationships do you know that started with people randomly hitting each other up on facebook were actually successful? Probably not many.
Don't date guys who aren't over their ex and call her every night crying about how they still love her (which is cheating, no?). That's just common sense. That's a REALLY fucking shitty relationship and you have no reason to stay in it. Logically you should be the one leaving him.
Don't blame said ex for everything, especially if she has been saying for almost this entire time that he should just leave her alone and focus on you, but he seems to forget you even exist when we talk. It's all his choice, even if you would like to think that I'm some evil witch who has a spell on your ~beloved~ -_-
Don't settle for being someone's second fucking choice. Nobody should settle for that.
Some other notes:
I don't hate you. I'm mad at a lot of reasons, and I get really mean when I'm mad. But I'm not gonna go around tagging you in shit on the tumblr that says "fuck you" or "I'll destroy you" (like holy shit, calm down o_o).
One. Week.
Brianna is hurt and confused right now for a couple of reasons that have to do with you and a lot that don't. She is angry and when she is angry she is harsh, which you should know. You guys can do whatever you want with your friendship, but just know that a friend trying to wake you up and tell you to not be with someone who doesn't truly want to be with you doesn't make them a bad friend.
A single week.
I really do hope that you find happiness. You need to wisen up and not fall for people so easily though, and use your heeeead when it comes to guys. Otherwise you're just going to get hurt over and over.
Notice that I could have written the equivalent of 23 text message screenshots worth of things he says to me, but I didn't. I have no reason to. You should be able to figure out how he feels on your own, quite frankly.
It's only been a week. You will be fine.
There are lots of other guys out there who things could go a lot more smoothly with. I'm saying that for your sake, not mine.
I'm not sending this directly to you because I want you to read it calmly and try to understand and take in what I'm saying. I don't want you to respond. I don't want you to get all snarky with me and I'm not trying to be snarky with you. I just wanted to say it.
