Garf fights with nanchaku and Yobbo fights with a quarterstaff, and it's really funny to me for this reason:

They're probably not supposed to be fond of lying or stealing, but they're not exactly paragons of honesty, so I don't know...

Yobbo's pretty into murder. Garf is less interested in killing cause once an opponent is dead the fight is over, and Garf cares most about getting to fight. Obligatory disclaimer that I know I sound insane saying all this about guys named gloop shitto or something but they're cartoon villains please understand this

28. how do they show that they care about someone?

I've never thought about them doing nice things for people. Maybe Garf would give you the wooden stick of his rock candy once he's finished eating the candy. Yobbo might tolerate your presence instead of trying to set you on fire
