Introduction
Your mind is one of the most powerful assets you have. Trust me--we are all geniuses in our own right.
Your conscious mind can only perform so many tasks at once; the unconscious mind, however, is capable of performing numerous tasks beyond our own comprehension. Your survival depends on your unconscious mind, not your conscious mind, because of the sheer volume of information that must be processed in order to function. An example of this is when you’re riding a bike. There is so much information that comes at you when you’re behind those bars: Where am I going? Is that car behind me going to hit me? Should I be riding on this busy street? All these things are being done for you automatically by the unconscious, which is the part of your mind that also dictates the majority of your behavior, choices, reactions, and experiences. That valuable info should be enough motivation for you to want to master your mind!
So this is my space to document my journey in mastering. I hope you'll join me in becoming your own master.
