Some people have reached out to ask me how they can start doing yoga. I recommend going for a Hatha class as teachers are meant to give more specific directions, but this is a great flow if you're looking to supplement that with some home practice. Although I use this mostly as a warm up flow (which I would recommend everyone to do, even though you're an advanced practitioner - never skip warm up!), it's also a great way to start yoga.
